Imperia Restaurant, the new electronic, semi professional Pasta machine for restaurant, hotel and comunities, prepares a 210 mm. (9 inches) wide sheet of pasta in 10 different thicknesses, using whole-some ingredients in only a few minutes (up to 12 kg per hour).

Rotating speed of rollers from 5 to 100 rpm
Maximum roller opening of 5 mm (3/8 inches) has adjusting knob with ten numbered thickness settings.

Available on request extra six cutters:
- Spaghetti 2 mm, Angel Hair 1,5 mm
- Tagliatelle 2 mm, Linguine 4 mm
- Fettuccine 6,5 mm, Lasagnette 12 mm
